I designed a line of bags with Timbuk2. Next week, August 23rd, they are hosting a bag release party at their flagship store. I went over there yesterday to check out a sample of the window graphic for the event. Here is sneak peak of what everything will look like and part of the pattern I created for the bags. Samples of the bags are coming in as well and I will post pics of those soon.

The other day I stopped over to see how things are going with Mash. I was pleasantly surprised to see a rubber stamp they had made with the logo that I created for them. One of the many reasons I love identity work is because of the permanence of it. A t-shirt lasts a season, but a logo is forever and it finds itself onto so many different mediums (shirts, business cards, stickers, signs and even stamps). Order something from their store and your package will be stamped. They are getting official with their shipments.

Here is a piece I designed for Huf’s Summer line. BMX jersey inspired shirts and our first mesh hat offering. The quality on these hats are official - a mix of flat embroidery and screen printing. Everything should be available this Saturday. Now go ride your bike and that should do it for Huf’s Summer line.

I was reading the Strictly Fitted interview and realized that I supplied them with a pic of my fall new era before I showcased them myslef. A small oversight, but better late then never. These hats drop with my fall line, in 2 colorways (Miami teal with orange / Gangster black with gold detailing). Hats features a BG classic lock-up, paper plane New Era flag and back signatures. No solid release date yet, but I will let you know.

I really aprciate the e-mails I received with pictures of my stickers up around the world. Yesterday I received an e-mail, from JHerz in NY, with this sticker on Lafayette and Prince. Thank you and keep them coming.

Vulture just posted an interview they did with me. They focused the interview on ditching work and enjoying the day. Something I am definitely a fan of. They also asked me about my work – just a little. The Vulture site is part of Philadelphia based GYRO Advertising agency. The interview will also be in a printed version that they publish 4 times a year. Check out the feature Here.

A new sneaker / clothing boutique recently opened up in Harlem Ny called Vault. They asked me to design their first season of t-shirts for their upcoming line. I based the designed around the theme of sneakers being precious commodities considering that they are a sneaker store called Vault. I added some Harlem flair to the shirts and this is what I came up with. I am really pleased with the shirts and honored that a new brand would want to start things off with something I have created. New Mash stickers are in. This round we printed them in a new smaller size and with a metallic silver ink. I am already seeing them all over sf.
