GRASSROOTS MMA

Prince Naseem Hamed was the definitive showman and his swagger is still unmatched today in combat sports. He brought a lot of attention to the featherweight divison during an era where the heavyweights ruled. Very few in that weight class possesed that kind of explosive power. From the ridiculous entrances that ended with his signature somersault into the ring, to his unorthadox fighting style, Prince Naseem was pure excitement. You just don’t see shit like this anymore. Here are a few of his greatest entrances:
“Magic Carpet” (featuring Diddy)
“Thriller”
“Whoa” (starts at 1:20)
“The Real Prince”
Had a chance to tag along with BJ to the Golden God Awards in LA earlier this month. It’s a heavy metal awards show and BJ was on hand to promote his upcoming movie Never Surrender and present an award to Shaun White. Not our typical scene, but turns out lots of the bands are fight fans and were really cool. Catch the entire show May 2nd on MTV 2

Working the “Black Carpet” (with rubbah slippas too)

In front of BJ was Scott Ian of Anthrax, and behind was…….

Matt Sorum of Velvet Revolver and Guns N’ Roses.

On stage presenting to Shaun White
